Ways to bridge to zkSync

Before you bridge to zkSync
zkSync Era uses the same 0x addresses as Ethereum, so a wallet like MetaMask works on both — but you must switch the network before sending, or the funds land on the wrong chain. Withdrawals from zkSync back to Ethereum through the official bridge are not instant: they wait for the batch to be proven and executed on Ethereum, which can take around a day.
Staying safe when you bridge
Verify the exact URL, source and destination networks, asset contract and destination address. Do not assume that a correctly formatted address supports the selected token, or that an unsupported transfer can be recovered. Never share a seed phrase, private key or wallet password.
