Do I need an account or KYC to swap?
No. There is nothing to sign up for and no email to give. You choose a pair, add the address that should receive your coins and a refund address, and send. The protocols that execute swaps can apply their own compliance screening, for example against sanctioned addresses.
Who actually executes my swap?
Open, cross-chain protocols such as Chainflip, NEAR Intents and Flashnet. Every quote names the protocol before you commit, and the deposit screen shows it again. TorrentSwap never holds your funds.
How is the best route chosen?
Routes are ranked by the amount you receive after all fees. We pre-select the one that pays you most and also mark the fastest. You can pick any route.
What does TorrentSwap charge?
The TorrentSwap fee and network fees are already included in every amount shown. What you see in the quote is what you should receive; the minimum received is protected by slippage limits.
What happens if something goes wrong?
If a protocol cannot fill your swap within your minimum, it refunds your deposit to the refund address you provided. You can follow every step on the tracking link.
Is this anonymous?
Blockchains are public, so no swap service can make on-chain activity invisible. What we can do is collect nothing about you: no account, no tracking cookies, and addresses are used only to execute and track your swap.
