Editorial Policy

We describe a route as currently available only when it appears in TorrentSwap's public route catalog. Educational pages about other networks must say clearly that the route is not currently offered in the swap interface.

Route availability, expected output, minimum received, and estimated settlement time can change. The live quote in the swap interface is the source of truth for a specific swap; editorial pages do not replace it.

We prefer primary sources such as official network documentation, public protocol documentation, and on-chain records. Where analysis or inference is included, it should be distinguishable from a directly verified fact.

We avoid unsupported superlatives, guarantees, fixed market values, and claims of complete anonymity. Content about security, regulation, cost, or transaction outcomes must explain its limitations and should not be read as investment, legal, or tax advice.

Material product and safety content should have an accountable owner, a review date, and a record of meaningful updates. A date is changed only when the substance has been checked or revised, not simply to make a page appear new.

Routes and supported-asset references are checked against the shared catalog used by the product and machine-readable endpoints. When coverage changes, affected pages, links, structured data, and discovery files should be updated together.

Structured data, the XML sitemap, RSS feed, LLM discovery files, and public JSON catalogs must reflect the same canonical information visible to people. Machine-readable files do not override the live quote or create support for a route that is not available in the product.

Public discovery surfaces are provider-neutral and exclude private routing and commercial details.
