Fees: 0.25% floating, but read the fixed-rate terms
Changelly's floating-rate fee is 0.25% of the output plus the network fee. Fixed-rate swaps use a dynamic fee built into the locked rate with no published percentage; the rate holds for 15 minutes (20 for BTC, XMR, LTC and a few others). Selling crypto for fiat starts at a 3.95% fee.
TorrentSwap includes every fee in each route's quote and shows several protocols side by side. A lower headline fee does not always mean more received: the rate each venue gets matters as much, so compare the final amount for the same input.
Where Changelly is not available
Changelly's terms exclude a long list of places, including the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Japan, Hong Kong, India and Turkey, alongside sanctioned regions. TorrentSwap has no account system and no country selector; the protocols executing each route apply their own sanctions screening.
Verification and refunds
Changelly says about 99% of swaps need no verification, but swaps its risk scoring flags are held until identity and source-of-funds checks are done, through Sumsub. Floating-rate refunds usually take 1 to 7 business days and some fixed-rate refunds up to 20.
On TorrentSwap there is no account to verify. If the executing protocol cannot deliver at least your protected minimum, it refunds the deposit to your refund address automatically.
