This route starts with USDC on Ethereum and delivers native BTC on Bitcoin. It does not accept USDC from Solana, Arbitrum or Base, even though wallets show the same ticker.

The receiving address
Use a Bitcoin mainnet destination address you control. A WBTC deposit address or any 0x address is not a destination for native BTC.
The refund address
The refund address must accept USDC on Ethereum. Keep the Ethereum transaction hash until the BTC arrives or the tracker shows a final state.
Support will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. TorrentSwap only ever needs public addresses.
